As a Dyslexia Intervention Para, Mrs. Swaim plays a vital role in supporting students and staff, ensuring that every child receives the high-quality instruction and interventions they need to succeed.
Mrs. Swaim’s dedication to her students goes beyond the classroom. She collaborates with staff to tailor interventions, willingly adjusts her schedule to accommodate student needs, and consistently steps in to assist wherever help is needed. Whether covering duties, supporting in classrooms, or offering ideas to enhance school safety and learning, she exemplifies teamwork and commitment. “Beard is lucky to have Mrs. Swaim.
